How to organize an ACC trip

Organizing an ACC trip

 Send the following information to accyukon@gmail.com, along with your contact info so if someone has questions about your trip, they can contact you:

  • Date(s) of the trip.
  • Destination & description (in your case, it can be just "bring your own toys & ideas"
  • Waivers: have them signed by the participants before the trip and submit to one of the board members (accyukon@gmail.com) after the trip
  • Max./Min. number of the group

Optional:

  • Carpool meeting time & location
  • Pre-trip meeting with the participants
  • Required training/experience/gear 

The details are really up to you. Once we receive information, a board member will upload the information to the ACC website, trips sign up site (http://trips.accyukon.ca/), and send out the email, post on Facebook.
