How to organize an ACC trip

Organizing an ACC trip

 Send the following information to, along with your contact info so if someone has questions about your trip, they can contact you:

  • Date(s) of the trip.
  • Destination & description (in your case, it can be just "bring your own toys & ideas"
  • Waivers: have them signed by the participants before the trip and submit to one of the board members ( after the trip
  • Max./Min. number of the group


  • Carpool meeting time & location
  • Pre-trip meeting with the participants
  • Required training/experience/gear 

The details are really up to you. Once we receive information, a board member will upload the information to the ACC website, trips sign up site (, and send out the email, post on Facebook.
